Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date.

When you purchase an online gift voucher, you will receive an email containing a unique voucher code to the nominated email address. This email can then be be forwarded to the recipient with your special message.

To redeem a gift voucher online, enter the unique voucher code at checkout. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in total or used as part payment.

Lost or stolen e-gift cards: Treat your gift cards and vouchers like cash. Lost and stolen e-gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
